Please review our refund policy carefully before subscribing. --- 1. General Policy All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial period before the first payment is processed. This allows all customers to fully evaluate the service before being charged. Because of this trial period, all sales are considered final once the subscription begins, except where refunds are required by law. Duplicate charges, fraudulent activity, or extended service downtime (72+ hours) remain valid exceptions where refunds will be issued. --- 2. Exceptions Refunds may only be considered in the following cases: Duplicate charges caused by a technical error. Unauthorized charges proven to be fraudulent. Service was completely unavailable (downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours, not caused by third-party outages). All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction by contacting support@cryptotrigger.io. --- 3. Subscription Cancellations You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future charges, but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Your access will remain active until the end of the prepaid period. --- 4.
